The main objective of this study was to investigate from the physiological point view, influence that nitrogen and carbon sources have on biomass production activity antimicrobial protein Pseudoalteromonas sp. impact change in medium initial C/N-ratio against S. aureus MRSA evaluated using two different (glucose or citrate) a fixed concentration NH4Cl as source. total organic inorganic (NH4Cl yeast extract-peptone) while glucose concentrations present. results showed increase stimulated but inhibited regardless nature Similarly, profile antibiotic were dependent variation low especially at bigger than 3 g L-1 negatively affected activity. This indicated factor secondary metabolism over C/N-ratio.
